Pre-Sales Report• This report contains data about sales information of individual supervisors for Pre-Sales. The report extracts raw data from

Sales-force. com which provides us the sales position from lowest to top bucket where lowest bucket is for Funnel state to highest at happy state. This is a daily report which shows the incremental sales from Least to highest bucket in a month. Each months report is incremental and target is to reach or surpass the forecasted sales, Macro automation included:-o Creation of Chartso Creation of multiple pivot tableso Multiple workbooks used to generate final report

Seller Report Card• This is another pre sales report which contains the sales information for each manager drilled down to its particular seller.

Each seller allocates a Commit state up till which sales will be done and according to that commit point, Quota is assigned to that particular seller. At final once every month, A final report is created to check the total sales, quota and level to which commit point is reached.
