SKILLS & ABILITIES
With twenty five years of experience in membrane filtration I have developed skills encompassing engineering, product design and project management for dairy applications. In those 25 years while working for Filtration Engineering, our team installed several hundred membrane filtration projects in various locations around the world. Management of 25-30 employees using three direct reports as my management team, we built a strong group and an excellent reputation in the industry. I have strong computer skills, good communication skills, and a variety of experience with HR issues including conflict resolution, compensation, hiring, and workforce reduction as required.
