Providing customized, cost effective information technology solutions to clients in a variety of industries, such as: Finance, Insurance, Accounting, Property Management, and Nonprofit. Designed a compliant “Mortgage Lending Document Tracking” application for a top tier financial institution. This application enabled compliance with 50% of the “Sworn Document” application mandated by the United States Federal Courts as outlined by a settlement between this institution and United States Department of Justice.
Managed conversion of an Investigative Case Management application from an Oracle to an IBM technology solution that included investigative analytics. The new solution continued Windows support and added iOS applications as well as offline synchronization for both. This enabled improved performance, new functionality and lowered the cost of ownership.

Preformed in-depth process and technical analysis for a national nonprofit organization, delivering an assessment document detailing current state and recommending future state modifications to realize customer’s business objectives. Recommendations included migration to SaaS solutions and the addition of cloud storage to enhance collaboration and reduce infrastructure expenses.
Directed analysis and design of a cross functional content management and reporting solution integrating 12 line of business systems. This was Phase 2 of a life insurance project for a major Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organization. This project incorporated Phase 1 enhancements, as well as design and implementation of SaaS capabilities. Once design and development was completed, responsibilities transitioned to acceptance testing through a limited customer release. Upon successful conclusion of acceptance testing this product became available for all existing and future customers.
