Provide proper preheat arrangements for the piping joint prior to the welding as per WPS. Stage wise inspection before, during and after fabrication in accordance with the ITP. Checking heat treatments for Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT) diagrams. Checking the correct

measurements of hardness, when required, and the acceptability of the result.

Review of radiographic films, witnessing ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle testing, dye penetrant testingand reviewing the results of the tests.

Witnessing the weld repair inspection. Conducting tool box meetings for welders to reduce the repair rates. Making the Field Joint Request for cleared joints.

Verification of Hydro test packages / Mechanical completion Package / Appraise the Client about the Qualityof work with statistics.

Review of test packages clearance/ punch listing as per project specification as per system beforehydrostatic testing prior to pre-commissioning.
