average capacity of 100M offers and 120M images.

Improved the frequency of updates from 1 update/24 hours to 1 update/2 hours.

Improved the number of offers that can be processed per update from 5M to 25M.

Improved the number of records written to the database by 100%.

Provided an ability to track every offer through the different stages by changing to
