Created the first Document Controller role for this organisation and established associated tasks. Coordination of the reviews of the document packages for various construction projects amongst

rail and level crossings in Victoria. Prepared and transmitted document packages to stakeholders and internal staff appropriately.

Maintained associated records of document packages in SharePoint and Team Binder.

Major achievements: Created written procedures for each activity of the Document Controller role to benefit other

Document Controllers currently being recruited in other parts of the organisation. Provided consultation to the Quality Assurance Manager in terms of the follow up processes

required to monitor and track timely responses from Reviewers using Information Management knowledge and skills.

Livelink Coordinator (EDMS Full Administraion) October 2013 – May 2016 Shell Australia Pty Ltd, Perth WA (www.shell.com.au)

Responsible for administrating accounts and maintaining secure access protocols within LiveLink, Shell Australia’s EDMS, based within the Information Management Team.

Document Control duties – quality assurance; transmittals to external stakeholders; monitoring associated email inbox; maintaining documents register.

Planning, delivering and adapting training sessions and inductions for new staff in the use of LiveLink to comply with good records management practice.

Delivering direct consultation with the business, on all levels, on balancing operational needs with information management compliance.

Anaylsing data for cleansing in preparation for migration and supporting change management. Member of the Health and Safety Committee and the Ergonomics Sub Committee. Proving

ergonomic assessments and advice to staff on posture and work station layout.

Major Achievements

Delivered approximately180 training sessions/inductions and received positive feedback constantly.

Planned, organised and implemented an Information awareness month programme in May 2015 for all staff, targeting FAQs.

Initiated knowledge sessions for staff to introduce and demonstrate new interfacing software. Successfully took on the extra role of Document Controller within one week and performed

both roles efficiently. Ergonomics Sub Committee, active member. Regularly updated work instructions for tasks within role.

Records Officer October 2011 – October 2013 Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority, Western Australia (State Government Organisation for Development and Planning)

Executed day to day records and information management support to all staff for EDMS use (Objective 7 & 8).

Transferring phyiscal records into a digital format and indexing. Creating and indexing new files for new planning applications and registering these within the

EDMS, Objective V8. Delivering archiving services and utilising offsite storage outsourcing.

Part of successful transition when three Redevelopment Authorities merged into one. Devised solutions to incoming and outgoing mail process dilemas.

Liaising with Reception staff wherever changes to mail processes occurred to keep them updated.
