Experience:

1) Currently I am working with Hettich Ind. Pvt. Ltd since 26/6/2013 as a Sr. Manager (Facility & Maintenance).

Here I am looking after the Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance of existing plant and for the Civil, Electrical and Mechanical works for New Project.

Here I am working for 1) Civil, Electrical and Mechanical works for the industrial construction for factory building. 2) All the civil activities for the Infrastructure development of the company premises.3) Electrical and Mechanical maintenance of the existing plant machinery and plant building.4) Taking care of all the utilities like Electrical Supply, Water Supply, Drainage work, Fire Fighting system, HVAC systems, Rain water drain system Etc. of the existing plant and other associated buildings with this.

Company profile: It is a German MNC who is a leading manufacturer company for the Furniture fittings in the world.

2) I have worked with TBEA India Pvt. Ltd since 21/8/2012 to 25/6/2013 as a Sr. Engineer Project (Civil).

Here I was looking after the project works costing of almost Rs. 45 Carors.

Here I am working for 1) Industrial construction work for factory building. 2) A Big size workers and visitors residence project.3) Road work.4) All the utilities like Electrical Supply, Water Supply, Drainage work, Fire Fighting system, HVAC systems, Rain water drain system Etc.

Company profile: It is a big MNC who is manufacturing Transformers and other power transmission related equipments. 3) I worked with KNIGHT FRANK INDIA PVT. LTD. From 16/2/2012 to 13/8/12 as a PROJECT ENGINEER.

Here I worked for a green field project of ABB LTD. It is a transformer manufacturing unit. The total project cost of my work was around Rs. 20 Crores.

Along with the manufacturing units other buildings were also involved like,1. Two nos. of Industrial sheds for Transformers.2. Health Care center.3. Roads.4. Fire Water Tank.

Company profile: It is a UK based Multinational Company. PMC is the part of its services.

3) I worked with KEMROCK INDUSTRIES AND EXPORTS LTD. From 25/01/2011 to 12/1/2012 as a Sr. Civil Engineer.

Here I did the project works of,1) Wind Mill Blade shade expansion work.2) A big size Bungalow work.

Company profile: The company is a Export unit dealing in different types of Fiber products like wind mill blades, big size pipes, electrical poles and different pultruded items along with the raw materials to prepare this products like resin and glass fiber mats etc.

4) I worked with General Motors India at Halol from 4/2/2010 to 24/1/2011 as a Civil engineer on the roll of ‘Ma Foi Randstad’.

My responsibilities were as under.A) To raise purchase requisitions.B) To prepare estimates and comparison.C) To prepare the schedule for work.D) To co ordinate with consultants.E) To follow up with contractor for the progress of work as per planning.F) Complete supervision of Work along with quality checking.G) Bill checking and passing.

Here I did the project works of,1) PAINT SHOP EXPANSION.2) MATERIAL SHED EXPANSION.

Company Profile: The Company is a leading car manufacturing automobile industry having manufacturing units in India and all over the world.

5) I worked with SHRI DINESH MILLS LTD. FROM 01/10/2009 to 20/1/2010 as a CIVIL ENGINEER.

Here I worked for 1) A major job work for the Erection of a German makes machine erection along with German erectors.2) Also I supervised the maintenance works of officer colony of the company and the whole manufacturing unit.

Company Profile: It is a Textile Company very old and well known in the production of suiting and shirting of different types and also with monopoly in preparing Felt.

6) I worked with M/S KEMROCK INDUSTRIES AND EXPOTS LTD. from 7/04/2008 TO 30/09/2009 as a CIVIL ENGINEER.

Where I have successfully completed following jobs having cost more than Rs. 25 Crores and 2 nos. of plant buildings under construction.

Where I complete the jobs of,1) WIND MILL BLADE SHED.2) FILAMENT WINDING SHDE.3) RAILWAY SHED.4) TANK FARM.5) PIPE RACK FOR TANK FARM.6) R.C.C RETAINING WALL WORK FOR COMPOUND WALL.7) PRECAST COMPOUND WALL WORK.

These jobs were included with,1) Trimix roads/flooring.2) Pre Engineered building structures. 3) All other general civil works like excavation, concreting, masonry, plastering etc.4) Heavy machine foundation.5) Conventional fabrication work.6) Pile foundations.

7) From 2004 January, I was running my own business as construction contractor.

I have successfully completed different types of civil work assigned by Government Departments like PWD and Narmada Nigam. The government

contract works were involved with new building works and maintenance works. I have also successfully completed foundation laying works of Mobile Towers assigned by BSNL. Besides, I have undertaken major supervision jobs of bungalows as well as G+3 type flats. During this period my annual turnover was around 25 to 30 lacks.

8) I Worked with M/S SHIVAM CONSTRUCTION, VADODARA. For 2.1/2 years from 1st June 2001as ‘Civil Engineer’. During my association with this firm, I was extensively involved in construction activities beginning from planning to completion of the Industrial as well as commercial sites. The job involved long hours of effective supervision to ensure quality, construction and completion of site within the prescribed time frame.

Here I worked for 1) A Small size industrial building.2) Government housing project of G+2 type frame structure.

Company profile: The company is a ‘AA” class contractor firm and doing major government as well as privet commercial and industrial works like road works, building works and industrial sheds and ware houses works.
