of slabs for duct/chw pipe openings.

Site & Construction Management

Reports to the Project Manager. Supervise all execution activities including providing technical inputs on methodologies &

coordination with site management activities. Identify & develop a vendor source for achieving cost effective purchase of equipment, accessories &

timely delivery so as to minimise project cost. Govern Stores Management to control usage of inventory. Assisting BMS Engineers in deciding the control logics regarding optimization of the HVAC System.

Co-ordination

Attend Progress meetings with Clients, Consultants and Sub-Contractors to ascertain technical specifications; project related essentials, based on the prevalent rules and schedules.

Maintain good relations with Statutory Authorities for availing mandatory sanctions. Co-ordinating with civil works and also other building services for finding optimal solutions on site for

proper installation of services.

a) JEDDAH GATE Main building, KSA:

Presently working as Mechanical engineer for huge project in Jeddah. Having 3 Buildings 8 floors each. This project involved Supervision of Planning, designing and erection, of HVAC, Fire fighting & Plumbing services.

Worked in the huge project as a Mechanical engineer (HVAC, PLUMBING SERVICES & FIRE FIGHTING) JEDDAH, KSA. Chief contributions include:

Undertake a thorough study of HVAC & Plumbing Tender Drawings, Specifications & BOQ; followed by Review submission of shop drawings for approval.

Review of technical submittal of material & design calculation involved in project. To prepare comparison report between tender documents and IFC documents in terms of

materials quantities, specification and scope of work to commercial department to claim any variations in project objectives.

Calculated Basement Car parking exhaust system for this high rise building as per ASHRAE standards for the required number of Air Changes per Hour for deciding the volume of air needed to be exhausted depending upon the number of cars parked in Basements.

Calculated Staircase pressurization volume as Design Check. I was part of this huge project this one of fastest ever finished project in KSA. Having 125 villas each villa having Package Units 8TR 1 no`s & 4 TR 2 no`s .This project involved Planning, designing and erection, of HVAC & Plumbing services.

In this project having 95 villas and 10 Apartments (B+G+1ST+3)

Design check was in our scope so it is done using latest Cooling Load calculation design software HAP (Hourly Analysis Program).

Undertaken a thorough study of M & P Tender Drawings, Specifications & BOQ; HVAC System for this project comprises of package units 12 TR 1 NO`s & 4 TR 2 NO`s for each

villa, for Apartment each floor 10 TR 1 No`s & 2 TR 3 no`s Split Units. Design calculations involved in various systems, which include Smoke Extract system,

Pressurization system, Basement car park exhaust. Redesigning ducting after the final equipment selection as per the actual Cooling Load and air

flows respectively. Estimation & installation of Plumbing/Drainage/Fire fighting System/Swimming pool system Site Supervision for installation & commissioning of all utility equipment & fabrication, erection

commissioning of Fire fighting system, Plumbing system & HVAC. Developing and submission of shop drawings from Tender drawings incorporate comments given

by the consultant, for approval. Preparation of technical submittal of materials, following up with the consultant to clarify and get

a) MAHANDRA SATYAM (HI-TECH CITY):

Worked as Site Engineer-HVAC (taking whole responsibility of air conditioning and ventilation) for this project located in Hi-tech city, Hyderabad. This project is completed successfully HVAC System for this project comprises of 4 Chillers for tonnage 1600 TR, 20 FAHUs,53 AHU’s, and Chilled water system comprises of primary pumps with constant speed and secondary pumps with variable speed(VFD’s) Pressurization units and Auto/Manual Chemical dosing system.
