Brief Summary.I have had many years experience designing, checking and approving mechanical and piping engineering as well as some structural design & detail, civil and electrical draughting. I have supervised the erection of pipework, steelwork and equipment on site. At many of the companies I was the sole designer so I have the ability to work off my own initiative, seeing projects from the initial concept through to final installation and commissioning. I have experience designing pipework containing hazardous chemicals, powder lines etc. I am very thorough when checking layouts and isometrics and my many years of experience involved with the installation of pipework and equipment means I look at the work I am checking from a practical point of view.
