When a contractor sends in an invoice, I have to reference their information on the invoice with the information the customer gave our Lending department when they applied for a loan. When everything looks correct and reflects the same information, I then go ahead and process, and send the loan to the customer. After handling customer’s account I take the invoice that has come for the customer I create a file and properly put the customer’s information that we have received from them and file it away. If any of the information is not matched up I then take the steps on how to handle it, if being on our side or the contractor’s side. I then let the contractor know what they need to do in order for me to process the loan or what steps we will be taking in contacting the customer to update ours system. I also handle the loans where the customer calls in to the Lending department and changes or updates any information on their application. I would supply customer service to the people who would come in to the store to shop. Ask if they need any assistance on what they were looking for, helped those who could not find a garment in a size, color, ect. I would see if we had it in the back storage or I would call another local H&M if they were willing to travel. I would work the register in helping customers with their transactions and returns. I also worked in the fitting room helping customers in to a room and getting them another size. I would also properly take care of the garments in folding, reputing on sizing stickers and placing them back to their proper place. At the end of the night when last customer leaves, I would recover my section of the store ensuring everything is put away and nice and perfect, if anyone needed help with their section of the store then I would prove help after my area what complete.
