Provision of leadership for property managers on larger projects and issues which could not be handled at the property level. Coordination and supervision of landscape vendors and projects.

Director of Facilities and Maintenance -‐06/03 to 05/10 MELROSE STUDENT SUITES -‐ Gainesville, FL Senior-‐ level management position responsible for the supervision of a maintenance staff and shop at a 900 bed Apartment Complex. Scope of leadership responsibility was significant and included planning and meeting operating and financial goals, managing customer relationships and resolving customer issues, allocating resources and personnel, ensuring contractual and regulatory compliance, and implementing safety and quality standards. Coordination of work orders, preventative maintenance, vendor contracting, and quarterly and annual fire inspections.
• Coordination of five successful turns • Training of peer directors at other sites • Implementation of new processes for higher turn efficiency, scheduling and billing • Developed a Turn board that scheduled and print inspection sheets for the units. It also printed
the invoices for the vendor to turn in eliminating double billing.
