Professional Experience: :
Lead Generation: Conducted Campaigns by harvesting Database in line to the targeted region,
audience & services/products. Once the DB is harvested commence the email campaigns
followed by cold calling and start the pipeline building keep engaging with the interested leads
until it converts to order. Aggressive Leads follow-up for all the leads acquired via International
Tradeshows (Gitex Dubai, CeBIT Germany & Australia, ICT Expo HK).
Account Management: Managed very important accounts viz (Wells Fargo, Emirates
Transport, Wipro, A-ID systems, SCME, Oman Oil, Oman Airways & other 16+ clients &
partners). Also handled from Contract signing, addressing concerns & anticipate issues and
resolve with quick turnaround time, raising invoice Payment collection, onsite- visit
coordination, and monthly calls to keep the clients engaged and building strong rapport resulting
in regular repeat business to the company
Pre-Sales Consulting: Initially qualify the lead whether they fall in our target audience and
schedule time to give a corporate presentation to them and expedite the requirement and have a
technical discussion to understand & gather first level of requirement from the clients
/partners/prospects and also consult on technology, engagement model and build a quick rapport.
Product Demo & Sales: Handled 3 key products (1. TRINETRA FMS & iWay | 2. TimeCheck)
and have give online demo via WebEx, Skype, GoTo Meeting, join.me, etc to Prospects, Clients
& Partners and also provide customized solutions fulfilling their specific requirements in liaison
with technical/product teams and generate license sales. Have acquired 4 partners in MENA
region and generate 6 TimeCheck license per quarter and 3 GPS devices per month.
New Partners/Client Acquisitions: From leads allocated to me from the 5 different lead source
avenues, then sent a intro mail & calls to do a good prospecting them and give comprehensive
proposals, convince them of our solutions negotiate on the prices and finally convert them to be
our partner & clients. I have acquired 18 new clients & 8 partners from North American, South
American, UK, Europe, MENA & Indian Regions brought in 2 Key accounts from Peru & Italy
amounting to US$ 12k per month.
Team Management: Mentoring junior & senior executives initially support & guide to adapt to
the company processes and train them in line to services offered by the company and finally
deploy them and monitor & give monthly feedbacks till he/she achieve their sales & revenue
targets. Conduct/coordinate special training sessions monthly to enhance necessary skills of the
team to excel in sales. Also measure team member’s individual achievement and share the
incentive claims to finance.
Reports & record Management: Maintaining comprehensive records of A to Z of sales cycle
processes and conduct weekly/fort-nightly/Monthly/quarterly meetings & generate actionable
points to increase quality of the team. Reporting of Cold calling to annual reports region-wise,
revenue stream-wise, and lead-source wise & executive-wise to management. To prepare
attractive & statistical Power Point and present Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Sales Achievements.
