Conducted a survey through Qualtrics, and analyzed data from 160 respondents to increase revenue retaining the current customers, acquiring new customers, and identifying the current customer satisfaction.

Wrote a 29 page paper about the case study involving the correlations between expenditures and correlation to age and gender to utilize marketing efforts for Scruffy Duffies.

Presented a 20 minute Power Point presentation to a class of 50 to educate students about recommendations for Scruffy Duffies based on the analysis.
