It has six checkpoints that are required in the "life cycle" of a Foreclosure. In this role I've taken on building the Audit Forums as they come such as Document Executions Audits and various others. I used LPS Desktop, CPI/MSP, Vendorscape, and various other sources to verify the integrity of the hold(s) on the loans. I produced the reports that gave the totals of aged holds, holds within scope, loans that rolled off, and illogical holds on a weekly basis.
