Accountabilities: Handling day to day maintenance activities. Formulating Preventive & Predictive Maintenance Plans; managing manpower & work allocation. Handling Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics Maintenance of CNC, HMC, VMC, SPM, GPM and

Compressors. Planning Spare Parts, Machines and Capital Equipments. Participating in technical discussions with machine / equipment suppliers and finalization of capital

Highlights: Effectively reduced spare parts inventory to 60% by designing common spare parts of hammers. Successfully reduced inventory by segregating spares parts of different forging hammers.
