PROFILE II am an accurate teacher with a challenging mission:
to lead and to form human and competent people in
the use of English Language. I am ground-breaking,
charismatic, outgoing, assertive, proactive, creative,
dynamic, organized and technological. I am a highly
qualified, experienced educator dedicated to
teaching English to children from Preschool,
Elementary and High School. Additionally, I have
taught young learners and adults at prestigious
institutes where they got prepared for international
examinations. Beyond my proficiency on English
language, I have studied pedagogies for elementary
school teachers at Garcilaso de la Vega University.
I am keen on the use TICs and blended learning
such as PowerPoint, Office, Excel, SharePoint
designer, Web design, Blogs, and educational
software such like Clic , Micromundos Pro,
Hotpotatoes, Belt, English Discoveries, English
Adventures, etc.
PHILOSOPHY Based on both the achievement of the four pillars of
education and “learning to learn”, I am conscious that
beyond a child’s knowledge of English it is an integral
formation in values and attitudes for a better personal
and social development. Reaching these goals imply
charity and educational quality as directresses for the
whole pedagogical labour. Promoting respect in
every-day class among peers motivates their
learning spirit.

APPROACH,NEUROLINGUISTIC PROGRAMMING,
COOPERATIVE AND ACTIVE LEARNING BASED
ON THE MULTIPLE INTELLIGENCES,
CONSTRUCTIVISM AND BLENDED LEARNING.
Students’ total immersion in EFL demands an
enriching topic-based and contextualized curriculum
held up by audiovisuals, mind mapping, varied and
entertaining materials. Students that are aware of
their learning pace, strengths and weaknesses are
able to develop receptive and productive skills of the
language along their learning process.
