Role & Responsibilities:

I was looking after the entire operations of the company - sourcing and procurement of raw materials from all over the world, to the final production and selling of the manufactured product in the domestic market as well as the export of the finished products. Had a team of 150 personnel constituting a mix of white and blue collar workers from India & Sri Lanka.

HITL Infotel Limited, Mohali (Punjab) Jan 2000 to Oct 2004

Vice President - Human Resources was Reporting to the Chairman of the Group. Turnover Rs. 700 Crores. The company is into Landline Telephony.

Role & Responsibilities:Responsible for building up a team from 60 to 800 personnel, working with the organisation all across Punjab and at all levels. Was responsible for building up the entire HR function from scratch. Responsibility included managing all aspects of HR functions.

Essar Cellphones Ltd.+Swisscom (Now Vodafone) April 1997 to Dec 1999

Chief - Human Resources was reporting to CEO. The turnover was Rs. 800 Crores. The company is into Cellular Telephony.

Role & Responsibilities:Built a team from 80 personnel to 1,000 working with the organisation in all the five regions being NCR, East UP, Rajisthan, Punjab & Haryana. I was responsible for building up the entire HR function. End to end management of HR function.
