• Planning, Scheduling & implementation of Maintenance activities(Preventive & Predictive)

• 250 Ton Mechanical Press M/C, reconditioning was done with using new Electrical Panel & its accessories.

• Conducted Energy Audit on Air Compressor and achieved 20% power saving during non-production hours.

• Nominated as a team member and successfully completed the GREEN BELT Project for Enhancing the Safety in Electrical Panel.

• Validation done in all Process related Electrical Panels and secondary protection & interlock option provided in all equipments.
