Fuel operator assigned to Spin Boldak, during transition phase from Fluor to Dyncorp. In-depth knowledge of fuel contracts and subcontractors. Using my past experience and knowledge of fuel operations on FSSP/FARP, I was required to begin working without company training. Responsible for bag gauging and reporting, filling out DA 3643, DA 3644 and DA 4702-R. Expected to maintain GFE, by conducting daily PMCS and basic daily checks on FARP. Hot and cold refueling all kind of military helicopters. Extensive knowledge with FM 10-67-1, FM 10-67-2, AR 710-2 and DODM4140.25 Chapter 7 (Quality Surveillance). All experience and knowledge listed below was utilized for this position.1. Conducted refueling activities in a safe manner and in compliance with Client’s Standard Operating Procedures.
