COMMUNICATION I believe that I am one who can successfully communicate my ideas to my fellow employees and employers in a way that it will help them understand my thought process but not be too overpowering so that they can form their own opinions. LEADERSHIP I may not have much leadership background, but my work and schooling history has taught me that a good leader is not born but nurtured. One of the qualities of a good leader is being willing to follow at first but when they see the opportunity to take control they do so with an open mind and willingness to change not only themselves but help those they are put in charge of to accept the change with little resistance.
