L.I.C Tracks ParkTracks Extension
The zone is an area at risk of flooding in a hurracane catergory two or higher. The design prososes an ad-aptation of the site by using the unused train tracks as waterways to guide water outside the site. The design also proposes the use of the unused train tracks as a public space with green spaces that will support nature in the neighborhood.
This collection of spaces brings people from an emergin neighborhood together. The Cultural Center provides a place for recreation, entertainment, learn-ing and teaching. The prominent Concert Hall as the main subject, helps the neighborhood preserve its cul-ture and enrich it.

COLLECTION
Water FitrationGreen rooftops, landscapes, hardscapes, water canals and water marshes act as biofilters removing sediments from the water. They are designed to emulate natural features by treating storm water runoff, waste water and pollutants. Water is filtered at algae ponds and oyster beds. At the same time, collected water helps sustain algae for production of bio - energy. Grey water and storm water can be recycled and used as a mostu-irizer for gardens or brought back into buildings for secondary uses.
