Comments:

‘However, ALL are important!’

‘Three choices (for the most important things on a CV) are not enough!

Qualifications are very important, but more so is the right attitude to work. Beenthusiastic and this needs to come across in the CV’

‘They need to sell themselves. How keen are they to learn and be reliable andenthusiastic?’

‘This depends on the job. Make the CV interesting from the start, a coveringletter will help to sell you to a prospective employer’

‘It is also very important that the real person matches the CV. I often seeprofessional looking CVs – but when the person hand writes a form their spellingand presentation fall much lower than the CV standard’

‘If you can’t be bothered to use spell check – then I can’t be bothered to readyour CV’

‘Work experience and evidenced skills are the very first things I look for. Poorspelling and grammar indicate a lack of attention to detail and might affect theirwork ethic’
