Currently Al is Regional Corporate Chef with Sodexo Campus Services, managing over 200 kitchens from Virginia to Canada, responsible for operations and business development. A keen industry participant, Al also sits on the Connecticut Governor’s Council for Agriculture.

Vanessa Helmick Interior Design, FF&EVanessa is the founder Fiore Interiors and is one of New England’s top Interior Designers, delivering innovative and cost effective client solutions from coast to coast. Widely published in New England lifestyle publications, Vanessa’s client solutions reflect brand integrity and client experience, influenced by her international travel and strong background in wholesale furniture sales and design.

Jabriel Donohue Beverage/Systems ManagementJabriel is one of the nation’s top mixologists, currently in the innovative beverage market of Portland Oregon, and acts as the Vice President of the Oregon chapter of the United States Bartender’s Guild. Jabriel has extensive experience working restaurants and brands on local and national levels. A key organizer of nation-wide beverage industry events, Jabriel brings serious craft knowledge and systems analysis to operators.

Gregory Schillinger Operations ManagementAs a hospitality management and ownership veteran of four decades, currently as a Director of Customer Experience at One Hundred Sands Gaming Resort in Fiji, including stints in multi-unit ownership, hotels/gaming and C-Level management with big chains, Greg brings deep operational and strategic brand experience across channels to our clients.

RestoBuild

RestoBuild is launching with five hundred ownership shares. This is the only equity that will be offered.

We’re offering three hundred shares to raise startup capital. One hundred shares are owned by Jeff Kingman and Al Soto, as founders. One hundred shares are being held in reserve. Ownership startup shares are $100 each.

We’re raising $30,000 in startup capital. This capital investment goes direct to marketing expenses through 2013, via industry print, tradeshow attendance, association memberships, and website/SEO/social.

The average $1mil annual revenue restaurant can expect to spend 10% ($100K) on startup consulting/design/launch services. We project landing a minimum of two such projects in Year One.
