Conclusions

Usability of the mobile site needs improving. The session duration is low and the bounce

rate high (20% higher than the desktop).

There is a high percentage of Mobile users. This warrants a mobile redesign focused on

usability. Ideally we would start with mobile user testing.

How many users access the site via

mobile?

How does responsive help with SEO?

1. Google favors mobile-optimized sites when presenting results for searches made on a

mobile device

1. High bounce rates on mobile affect the overall ranking of a site. When Google relates a

high bounce rate to the site not having relevant content, and so will rank the website

lower.

1. According to Mashable.com 74% of mobile users will leave after waiting 5 seconds

for a page to load. A responsive website design will load pages faster as it can serve

up smaller file sizes.
