We are living in highly uncertain times. The COVID-19 pandemic means our world is
changing daily, even hourly. Leaders will face their toughest challenges yet. While adrenalin
might help with the initial ‘firefighting’ response, leaders must find a way to increase their
resilience and ultimately lead in a different way.
Did you know that the Mandarin word for “threat” also translates as “opportunity”? This
unprecedented challenge creates a reason for leaders to drastically change how they lead. The threat of isolation and disengagement creates the opportunity for everyone to learn
how to build strong, human relationships in a virtual environment.
Our focus now is on supporting leaders to rise to the challenge and lead in uncertain times

100 hours of client coaching hours - >75 hours paid with a minimum of 8 clients. Paid hours include any compensation including barter or as part of a job description. You CANNOT count as coachees individuals who report directly to you.
CERTIFICATION
10 hours of coaching (at least 3 should be 1:1 coaching) from an ICF Certified coach focused on core competencies. Should take place across >3 months.
Application to the ICF (Incl. electronic records of items 1–4) with application fee. Upon approval you will be required to take a multiple choice exam.
Continuing Coach Education

Democratising coaching‘Coach in your pocket’ chatbot
A truly scalable coaching solution. A chatbot is defined as ‘a computer programme designed to
simulate conversation with human users, especially over the Internet’. We are excited about using chatbots to provide nudges by automatically ‘speaking’ to leaders at regular intervals. Furthermore, a
