Terms and Conditions
Lead-Time: A lead-time of a minimum of 2 weeks is required by AVV Aspire Solutions. Ltd., before the commencement of the Training Program (starting from the date of receipt of Purchase Order along with the 50% advance and balance needs to be clear on last date of the training) or subject to the availability of the trainer
List of Participants to be submitted to AVV Aspire Solutions before the commencement of the Training Program.
Billing would be done for Min 100 students.
Order Placement & Payment: Purchase Order to be placed in the name of AVV Aspire Solutions
Purchase Order (PO) in advance with at least 2 weeks before the commencement of the training.
Mode of Payment: All payments will be in favor of AVV Aspire Solutions in case of Cheque/Demand
Draft/Wire Transfer.
*Government Taxes shall be charged additionally. Any changes in the Tax component from Govt. Of
India would be incorporated immediately which would be considered in the invoice.
Validity of the Proposal: This proposal is valid for a period of One Month, from the date of submission

AVV Aspire Solutions will not be responsible for the failure of execution of the training due to force majeure incidents like Riots, War, Natural calamity etc.
On confirmation of the Purchase Order, the program cannot be cancelled. In case of cancellation due
to no-show of participants / without prior intimation to AVV Aspire Solutions. Ltd., the following cancellation policy will apply:
If New Horizon College AVV Aspire Solutions
Cancels the program 14 or more calendar days before the scheduled start date of the training
No Charge
Cancel the program 1-13 calendar days prior to the event start date 70% of the training fee
Cancel on the day of the training or during the progress of training 100% of the training fees
