Affidavit To, HR Dept., TQuanta Technologies Hyderabad I have accepted the TQuanta offer and as per the T&C of offer, I voluntarily agree to undergo “Specialized Technical Training (STT)” proposed by client of TQuanta for a period of minimum 4-8 Weeks. I understand the necessity and acknowledge that the proposed STT will add value to my career, enrich my experience, and will enhance my skills & knowledge. I also agree that TQuanta would incur significant expenditure in training me, including but not limited to instructor time & cost, computers, software, Internet, Setup & Maintenance of special & general facilities for the training. I understand that during the training, I will not be paid any amount as salary/allowance but stipend or Retention Bonus is paid as per offers T&C. Vice-versa I will also not pay any amount for the training. I also agree that in the event of me failing to comply with the training or dropping out or absconding or absenting or not showing interest towards training & training assessments or not presenting myself at the interview location on time, for any reason; such acts of mine shall be considered as absconding by TQuanta and I authorize TQuanta to take appropriate action against me as per offer T&C. However, I assure TQuanta about my commitment towards the proposed STT and I would like to demonstrate my commitment towards the STT by submitting my valuable testimonial, Document name ____________________ bearing No. / ID ______________________, to TQuanta for background verification. I authorize TQuanta to retain it till their expenditure is recovered and not exceeding more than 6 months for completing the background verification. With good state of mind and no pressure from anyone, I declare and confirm that whatever is stated herein above is true and I pledge to abide by it, always.
