INTRALINK™ LC3000/LC2000Our new IntraLink™ family of products LC3000/LC2000 are technologically advanced PLC’sspecifically engineered for water and wastewater applications. We have applied all of ourcontrol and telemetry experience, coupled with our industry leading professional andtechnical skill, to produce this new family of products. This platform of open architecturePLC’s supports industry standard open protocols via 6 built in communications portsincluding on-board Ethernet and complies with all five popular ISA 61131 programmingstandards (including ladder logic and function blocks). The flexibility and scalability providedby the IntraLink™ system allows for an efficient, comprehensive solution capable of being akey component in the simplest to the most complex water and wastewater applications.

INTRALINK™ WS2000The IntraLink™ WS2000 is a low cost HTML based HMI (Human Machine Interface) providedin a panel mounted hardware package. The HMI provides a variety of preconfigured screensand reports using configurable data points. These points can be tagged to anLC3000/LC2000 PLC or a variety of other PLC hardware platforms via Standard ModbusCommunications interface. The HMI package offers graphical displays of system parameters,alarm management, trending, data storage, reports and alarm transmission. The unit can beinterfaced via Internet access, can be directly accessed by remote laptop via POTS dial up line,or the unit can be networked into an existing LAN allowing simultaneous multi-user access.

INTRALINK™ OPERATOR INTERFACEThe IntraLink™ Operator Interface is an economical graphical interface, tightly integratedwith the LC3000/LC2000 PLC’s. User-friendly menus allow an operator to easily navigatethrough process screens, alarm screens, historical alarm and event data, trending displays anddiagnostic screens. The display can be fix mounted on any NEMA 1, 12 or 4 rated panel. Thedisplay can also be used as a portable device for connection to remote units without a fixeddisplay. The high contrast back lit display provides superior visibility in all lighting conditions.

INTRALINK™ LC150 PUMP CONTROL-TELEMETRY UNITThe IntraLink™ LC150 Pump Control-Telemetry Unit is designed specifically for pumpstation applications and offers a simple, reliable and cost effective solution for operatorseverywhere. The UL® listed and NEMA® 4 rated “View at a Glance” operator interface isdesigned to provide all the information needed to operate and maintain your pumpingsystem. The most significant enhancement is that the LC150 is shipped “telemetryready.” With the addition of a radio, phone line connection, or connection to a highspeed Ethernet interface (with the Ethernet option) the LC150 allows you to monitorstation status, change pump start and stop setpoints, change high and low level alarmsetpoints, acknowledge alarms, and view pump run, fail and performance information.The LC150 was designed to incorporate multiple levels of security protection.Unauthorized modification of the LC150’s controlling parameters is prevented byenabling a password protection system. Only employees with authorized passwords cangain access into the system.

A1000i LOOP POWERED SUBMERSIBLE LEVELTRANSDUCER/TRANSMITTERThe A1000i Loop Powered Submersible Level Transducer/Transmitter is designed forhigh solids environments. Typical applications would include sewage lift station wetwells, sludge sumps and clean water level monitoring. The transducer uses a speciallydesigned diaphragm which allows the unit to ride through high process pressurespikes. A sealed breather assembly ensures correct barometric compensation. Thetransducer design provides electrical isolation from media. The A1000i is pre-calibratedto standard ranges and is virtually maintenance free. The transducer is also available in3 wire (A1000).

POWERPACK™ MOTOR CONTROL CENTERSOur Powerpack™ motor control centers are typically customized for each specificinstallation and combine selected automatic pump and process control systems withtop-quality protective alarm and monitoring equipment. The result is a system ofunsurpassed reliability and performance. Powerpack panels in NEMA-rated enclosuresmeet all specified job requirements and applicable industry and government standardsincluding UL 508 and 913. They are furnished with comprehensive wiring diagrams,parts lists, instructions, enclosure door layouts and dimensional drawings. Approvalsubmittals can also be supplied.

We have standardized our most popular Powerpack configurations under ourPowerpack™ Express name. These tightly integrated, ready to install fullindustrial/NEMA-rated and UL-approved control panels provide efficient, trouble freeoperation of your pump stations. Cost is minimized, drawings are immediate anddelivery is only a couple of weeks away.

9G-EF FLOAT SWITCHThe 9G-EF is a non-mercury, environmentally friendly float switch that is the most reliablefloat switch available today. Its unique construction with Teflon coated 5.5” diameter 316 SSball construction provides the most buoyancy in the business. Its magnetic reed switch isnon-position sensitive providing dependable, long life in wastewater. Mounting kits areavailable for rigid or suspension mounting.

MOTOR CONTROL CENTERSMotor Control Centers with integrated controls and/or telemetry equipment (Autosensory)is a specialty of ours. These tightly integrated systems reduce the need to mount multiplepanels requiring extensive amounts of interconnection wiring, saving both space and time.Systems are furnished completely tested and fully documented.
