The mission of the Aging & Disability Resource Center is to empower and assist all seniors, adults with disabilities, and their families by providing services which help them make informed choices, maintain independence, and remain safely in their homes and community. How can Information & Assistance Services Help You? Information and Assistance Specialists provide unbiased information and assistance on a wide variety of topics, including: Living arrangements related to long-term care Disability and long term care related services Paying for long-term care related services Employment, training and vocational rehabilitation Financial and other basic needs (e.g., benefits, Medicaid, health insurance, food, poverty, shelter, paying for medical care and medications) Transportation and Referrals to home maintenance (e.g., chores, yard work, home safety) Legal issues (e.g., power of attorney, guardianship, consumer rights, advocacy, discrimination, complaints and grievances) Access to mental health services and support.

NUTRITION PROGRAM-CONGREGATE The congregate nutrition program offers persons age 60 and over the opportunity to enjoy a hot lunch and to meet socially with other seniors. There are seven (7) congregate meal sites located throughout Washington County that offer noon meals up to five days per week.
