ResonateLLCisastrategicsustainabilitymanagementfirmservingthePhiladelphiaandMidAtlanticregion.Weworkwithcompaniestohelpthemintegratesustainabilitymanagementpracticesinto
businesssystems,processes,andcultureinawaythatwillfurtherprogresstowardscompanygoals,
driveinnovation,enhancebrand,andincreaseprofitability.Ourprocesstakescompaniesfrom
educationandcommitmentbuildingwithintheorganization,allthewaythroughimplementationand
continuousqualityimprovementforsustainabilityinitiatives.
Weareseekinganinternforthe2012-2013academicyeartofocusondrivingawarenessforthe
businessthroughsocialmediacontentdevelopmentanddissemination.Theinternshipwillrequirea
commitmentof6-8hoursaweekbeginningSeptember17,2012.
Theprimaryactivitiesforthisinternshipinclude: Followkeysustainability-relatedorganizationsonTwitterandFacebook Reviewselectedarticles,websites,etc.toidentifyrelevantcontentforsocialmediastrategyin
accordancewithResonatebusinessprioritiesandgoals
CreatesocialmediacontentforResonatesLinkedIn,TwitterandFacebooksites Manage,monitor/reportonsocialmediaactivities
Resonatemanagementwillreviewandapprovetheworkproductfromtheactivitieslistedabove,and,
fromtimetotime,assignadditionalspecificactivitiesforcompletion.Nocommunicationsmaybe
disseminatedviasocialmediaoutletswithoutpriorapprovalfromResonatemanagement.
InternswillhaveregularinteractionwiththeprincipalsofResonateandattheendoftheinternshipwill
havegainedanunderstandingof:
Generalunderstandingofsustainabilityconsultingpractices Generalunderstandingofprimarysustainabilityissuesandconcerns Practicalexperienceinimplementationofasocialmediastrategydesignedtoenhance
awareness
Applicantswillbeexpectedtohaveknowledgeofsocialmediaoutletsandstrongresearch,
organizationalandwrittencommunicationskills.Applicantswillneedtobringtheirowncomputer.
Knowledgeofsustainabilityconceptsispreferred,butnotrequired.Curiosity,imagination,anda
respectfulsenseofhumorandfunarerequired.Prioritywillbegiventoseniorsandjuniorsforthis
internship.
InternshipLocation: Berwyn,PA(walkingdistancetotheSEPTAR5line)
Days/Hours:BeginningSeptember17,2012throughSpring2013,6-8hoursaweek,withaportionof
thehoursworkedperformedintheResonateofficeandtheremainingconductedremotely.This
internshipisunpaid,butalocaltransportationstipendwillbeprovided.
