Study2 Timothy 2:15
2 Timothy 2:15Be diligent to present
yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

More PrayerJames 5:16-18
James 5:16-18Confess your trespasses to
one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much. 17 Elijah was a man with a nature like ours, and he prayed earnestly that it would not rain; and it did not rain on the land for three years and six months. 18 And he prayed again, and the heaven gave rain, and the earth produced its fruit.

Philippians 4:8-9Finally, brethren, whatever
things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy--meditate on these things. 9 The things which you learned and received and heard and saw in me, these do, and the God of peace will be with you.

Psalm 122:1I was glad when they said

More LoveMatthew 22:37-40
Matthew 22:37-40Jesus said to him, “‘You
shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ 38 This is the first and great commandment. 39 And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ 40 On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.”
Conclusion
A common list of resolutions contains such matters as losing weight, exercising more, going to be earlier, etc.
Why not make your list a bit more substantial, and resolve to do a better job of pleasing the Lord?
