Appointment of Officers

Whereas, pursuant to Rule IV Section 1 (a and d) and Rule V, Section 5 of the Internal Rules of Procedure (IRP) of the Kapatiran Espiritual ng Pilipinas – SG

Whereas, the IRP provided the Legislators and Parliament Body a basis for accountability to the Federation and National Secretariat

Whereas, after affirmative decision with regard to capability of providing information where legislative Session had taken place and where Regional meetings are conducted, this Resolution has determined that the Names below are qualified to provide first hand report and information to the Body.

Resolved, that the following persons are elected to the office indicated next to their names to serve until their successor(s) shall be duly elected, unless he or she resigns, is removed as an officer of this Federation, to take their respective office(s) immediately upon such appointment:

Parliamentarian------------ Reynee C. Caluag – (replacement of Conchita A. Caluag – deceased)

Legislator ------------ Felicisima Airene P. Nisperos –(replacement of Francis L. Dinacas/Erlinda B. Dizon)

Resolved further, that the Officers of this Federation are, and each acting alone is, hereby authorized to do and perform any and all such acts, including execution of any and all documents and certificates, as such Officers shall deem necessary or advisable, to carry out the purposes and intent of the foregoing Resolutions.

Resolved further, that any actions taken by such Officers prior to the date of the foregoing Resolutions adopted hereby that are within the authority conferred thereby are hereby ratified, confirmed and approved as the acts and deeds of this Federation.

It is hereby certified by the undersigned that the foregoing Resolution was duly passed by the Parliament and Regional Secretariat of the Federation in accordance with the National Tipan and Internal Rules of Procedure of KEP-SG, National Secretariat, and that the said Resolution has been duly recorded in the minute record and is in full force and effect.
