‘Tough Gel’ Strong Base Anion Exchange Resin Type IITULSION® A-32 is a ‘Tough Gel’ strong base anion exchange resin based on polystyrene matrix
containing quaternary ammonium Type II groups. TULSION® A-32 has excellent physical characteristics due to itscrack-free nature. TULSION® A-32 has slightly lower basicity than Type I resin and as such shows greaterregeneration efficiency and operating capacity at equivalent regeneration levels compared to Type I resins.TULSION® A-32 is recommended where removal of strong as well as weak acids is necessary at high regenerationefficiencies. However, due to slightly lower basicity, silica leakage is marginally higher compared of Type I anionresin when used in two bed systems along with strong acid cation exchanger TULSION® T-42 in hydrogen form. Itis suited for use in a wide range of pH and temperature conditions. The bead surface of TULSION® A-32 is cracksfree and hence it exhibits very high bead trength. TULSION® A-32 is supplied in chloride form.

Macroporous Strong Base Type I Anion Exchange ResinTULSION® A-27 MP is a highly efficient and durable strong base Type I macroporous anion exchange resin having
capacity equivalent to gel type anion resin. TULSION® A-27 MP belongs to the second generation macroporous ionexchange resins which have a distinctly different matrix structure from that of the gel type and conventionalmacroporous resins. TULSION® A-27 MP has a controlled pore structure which provides high operating capacitywhen used in demineralization of water along with strong acid cation exchanger TULSION® T-42 in hydrogen formin two bed or mixed bed units. TULSION® A-27 MP is capable of reducing both strong and weak acids to very lowlevels. It is ideally suited for use in a wide range of pH and temperature conditions. TULSION® A-27 MP is suppliedin chloride form.

Macroporous Strong Acid Cation Exchange ResinTULSION® T-42 MP is a high capacity macro-porous cation exchange resin supplied as moist spherical beads in the
hydrogen/sodium form for use in water softening, de-alkalisation, de-mineralisation, condensate polishing andchemical processing applications. This resin combines the high exchange capacity of a gel type resin like TULSION®T-42 with the exceptional physical and chemical stability of macro-porous resin.
TULSION® T-42 MP can be used most effectively in installations where the system’s aggressiveness does not permitthe use of gel type resin, as in condensate polishing.
