July 01, 2015 To: Project Director – 2x150MW SLPGC Project Subject: Resignation as CQC Engineer (CE) Sir, This notice is to let you know that I must respectfully resign from my position as CQC Engineer (CE) of 2x150MW SLPGC Project and from DMCI, effective on July 31, 2015. I currently am considering a position with another organization that will be offering me new opportunities in my career and better compensation. Although I have greatly valued the opportunity to work with you this past 2 years, unfortunately, due to unforeseen financial circumstances and with my current salary, I am unable to meet my family’s basic living expenses. I personally think that I would be doing myself and my family a disservice to turn down this chance to provide more for them. Please accept my thanks in giving me the opportunity to work here at DMCI. I will be forever grateful to this company for having me. All the challenges and lessons I have learned here has honed and trained me in my career as a Civil Engineer. It really is with mixed emotions that I came to this decision. I sincerely hope that I have returned adequate service for all the benefits that I have received here. I hope that you would understand my situation. I will gladly assist my department on their adjustment and help make this a smooth transition. Thank you and God Bless! Sincerely,
