Narrow-lot designs expand as WA population growsAS our population grows, the demand forsmall and narrow-lot living is expected torise.

Population growth and the current landshortage are making those inWA consider the option ofbuying and building on smalland narrow lots.

According to TristanKirkham from New HomeBuilding Brokers, theseblocks have a very differentfeel to them and come withmore restrictions and costconsiderations.
