***IMPORTANT TO KNOW*** Students should not reach out to any of the agencies prior to receiving approval from the Social Work Department to move forward with agency interviews.

Not all agencies listed participate in field every semester, please refer to Agencies Not Participating Next Semester section at the end of the directory before selecting your placement.

Students who will hold a Liberty University leadership role (e.g. Resident Assistant, Resident Shepherds, Community Group Leaders, etc.) while completing field hours need to consider that that LU student reporting requirements may conflict with community agency client confidentiality requirements. Therefore, we recommend you keeping this in mind when selecting local agencies.
