Resident Scholarship Program PURSUE YOUR DREAMS The Resident Scholarship Program sponsored by Housing Authority Insurance, Inc., has been providing scholarships to public and housing choice voucher residents since 2003. To date, more than $900,000 has been awarded to over 350 residents. The 2018 Resident Scholarship Program is currently underway, offering 12 scholarships worth $6,000.00 each, with the opportunity to be a potenal scholarship winner for up to four consecuve years! ELIGIBILITY In order to be eligible to apply, each applicant must meet the following criteria: 1. Must be a current public housing, Housing Choice Voucher (HCV), or affordable housing resident. 2. Your public housing authority or affordable housing property in which you reside must be a participant in either the Housing Authority Risk Retention Group (HARRG), Housing Authority Property Insurance (HAPI), or Housing Enterprise Insurance Company (HEIC) program through Housing Authority Insurance, Inc. 3. Must be a United States resident. 4. Must follow all other rules outlined in the Official Rules document located on our Resident Scholarship Program page (https://www.housingcenter.com/scholarships/).
