◆ O� er a variety of ways for you to be involved.
◆ Seek to involve everyone, including older people, disabled people, adults with a learning disability, clients with mental health issues, young people and those for whom English is not their � rst language.
◆ Support a scrutiny function within the involvement network.
◆ Provide regular training for interested residents.
◆ Provide out-of-pocket expenses to involved residents, including travel, carer, stationery and communication costs.
◆ Ensure you receive at least two InView magazines per year.
◆ Update the BVT website regularly and at least on a fortnightly basis.
◆ Share information with residents through a variety of ways: letters, newsletters, phone calls, SMS text, email, website, in person and notices in communal areas.
◆ Publicise the dates and venues of community events two months in advance, where we can.

your comments and involvement have

◆ Provide a forum for residents to set speci� c budgets.

communities in Shropshire we will:
◆ Support BISTO (Bournville in Shropshire Tenants Organisation).
◆ Support the Shropshire Housing Partnership
In addition, in Lightmoor we will:
◆ Support the established LVRA (Lightmoor Village Residents Association).
◆ Provide a community learning programme.
We will provide you with opportunities to become involved in the decisions we make that affect you, your home and your neighbourhood.
