Resident Connect: How to create a Resident Connect account

1. To access Aquatera’s Resident Connect portal, go to www.aquateraliving.com then click on the Resident Connect tab. To

create an account, click on the Create an Account button in the top right corner.

2. On the next page, fill in the following information: Email Address, First Name, Last Name, and Date of Birth to create

your account. Once all the information is filled out, click Submit.

NOTE: If the information entered does not match our system, an account cannot be created. Please contact the leasing

office at (619)-293-7700 to update your personal information.

3. A temporary password will be sent to the email address entered. Please check your email to retrieve the password

which will be sent from YourCommunity@hgfenton.com.

NOTE: The email may have gone to your junk, clutter, or spam folders.

4. Once you have the temporary password, return to the Resident Connect Portal Log in screen and enter your email

address and the temporary password provided then click Log In.

5. After you log in for the first time, you will be prompted to change the password. Once a new password is entered, click

Submit. You are officially signed up for Resident Connect!
