Community Survey DataWho Filled out the Survey?

1,235 Surveys were filled out as of 4/1/2012. The closing date on the surveys was 3/31/2012.

Nursing students from U of I, Lakeview, and DACC passed out surveys to the residents of Vermilion County.

Some of the locations were McDonalds, Town Center, St. James Food Pantry, DACC, Parish Nurse Churches, Vermilion House, Doctor’s Offices, YFRC, Fair Oaks, YMCA, etc.

Community Survey DataWho Filled out the Survey?

About 13% of the surveys were the Northern areas including Hoopeston, East Lynn, Rankin, Rossville, Alvin, Armstrong, Henning, and Bismarck.

About 8 % of the surveys were from the Western areas including Catlin, Oakwood, Fithian, and Fairmount.

About 60% of the surveys were from the County Seat, Danville. This included the outlying areas of Danville with a zip code of 61834.

About 18% of the surveys were from the Southern areas including Ridgefarm, Indianola, Westville, Sidell, Tilton, and Georgetown.

About 1% of the surveys were from areas outside Vermilion County including Milford, Urbana, Champaign, Ogden, Rantoul, Murdock, and Frankfurt, IN, Covington, IN, Kingman, IN, and Stateline, IN.
