WHAT IS PRONGHORN?
Pronghorn is a premier community and resort located 15 minutes
east of Bend, OR. Pronghorn is set on 640 acres within one of the
world’s oldest Juniper forests, ofering striking views of the Cascade
Mountains from throughout the property.
Pronghorn features an exceptional array of recreational amenities,
including 36 holes of championship golf designed by two of the
premier golf course architects in the world, Tom Fazio and Jack
Nicklaus. In addition to golf, Pronghorn ofers outstanding spa,
itness, swimming and tennis facilities, as well as a variety of
recreational opportunities for children of all ages. Pronghorn is
primarily a second home community.
WHERE IS PRONGHORN?
Pronghorn is located east of Bend of the Powell Butte Highway
about 25 minutes from downtown Bend and approximately 45
minutes from Mt. Bachelor.
HOW DO I GET TO PRONGHORN?
Pronghorn is easily accessible by car and plane. We are located 15
minutes east of Bend via Powell Butte Highway. Commercial and
private air service is nearby – Roberts Field (RDM) is 20 minutes
away and ofers commercial and private service. Bend Airport is 10
minutes away and ofers private services.
WHAT ARE THE CLUBHOUSE & TRAILHEAD LIKE?
The Clubhouse is an approximately 55,000 square foot facility for
the enjoyment of our Members and their guests which includes:
Chanterelle, our ine dining restaurant; Cascada, our more casual
dining restaurant; the Spa at Pronghorn, men’s and women’s
lounges and lockers, as well as a business center and private
meeting and event accommodations .
The Trailhead is the family recreational facility which includes The
Trailhead Grill, swim and tennis facilities and is the base camp for
Pronghorn Adventures and Camp Pronghorn.

Estate Homes and Home Sites are located throughout the Nicklaus

The Auberge Residences ofer a choice of fractional or wholly-

both 3 and 4 bedroom loor plans.
IS THERE A TIME LIMIT TO BUILD?
There is no time limit to build once you purchase a home site.
ARE THERE HOME OWNER’S ASSOCIATION FEES?
Yes. HOA Fees vary based on the type of real estate purchased.
Pronghorn’s Membership Manager or the real estate sales team can
provide information on current HOA Fees.

WHAT ARE PRONGHORN’S GOLF FACILITIES?
Pronghorn features a 55,000 sq. ft. clubhouse with men’s and
women’s locker rooms as well as the Golf Shop. Golf facilities
include the 18 hole Jack Nicklaus Signature course, the 18 Hole Tom
Fazio course for qualifying Membership types, the Jack Nicklaus
short game area, the Tom Fazio short game area for qualifying
Membership types, and the Troon Golf Academy and practice
facility.
WHAT OTHER PRIVILEGES ARE INCLUDED WITH MEMBERSHIP AT
PRONGHORN?
In addition to a refundable Membership deposit and no food
and beverage minimums; Membership provides for use of the
tennis courts, swimming pools, spa, Member-only social activities,
preferred pricing on Golf Shop and food and beverage purchases,
access to the Troon Golf Academy, Camp Pronghorn and Pronghorn
Adventures, and complimentary shuttle to/from the Bend or
Redmond Airports as well as Mt. Bachelor during the ski season.
HOW MANY GOLF MEMBERS ARE ALLOWED?
The maximum number of Memberships permitted to be issued in
the Club will be as follows:

Combined not to exceed 400 Members
Signature Golf/Resident/Sports
Combined not to exceed 300 Members
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PREMIER AND SPORT
MEMBERSHIP STATUS?

Fazio golf course and the Ghost Tree Lounge and locker room
facilities.

WILL MY FAMILY HAVE PRIVILEGES AT PRONGHORN?
The Member’s spouse, parents, grandparents, grandchildren and
adult children can enjoy the Club’s facilities on the same basis as the
Member without having to pay additional Membership dues.
CAN MEMBERS INVITE GUESTS TO PRONGHORN?
Members may have guests use the Club’s facilities upon payment
of the applicable guest charges in accordance with the Member’s
category of membership. The Club may limit the number of guests
and the number of times a particular guest may use the facilities
during each Membership year.
IS MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED WITH A LOT OR HOME PURCHASE?
Membership is required for most property purchases and is
included in the price of most real estate purchases. Membership is
optional for those purchasing a fractional Auberge Residence Club
unit.
CAN A MEMBERSHIP BE TRANSFERRED?
A Member who sells his or her property in Pronghorn must
resign his or her Membership in connection with the sale and the
prospective purchaser shall be required to complete the application
process prior to close of the escrow on the property. A Member can
request the transfer of his or her Membership to an adult child or
grandchild who is approved for Membership in the Club without
payment of any additional Membership deposits.

What else can I do while staying at The Residence Club?
Besides having one of the longest golf seasons in the country, being located in the heart of Central Oregon allows for a variety of recreational activities including skiing, ishing, hiking and biking. Most of these can be done year-round with ease, as a result of our proximity to the mountains and 300 plus days of sunshine a year.
What are the beneits?
A member of The Registry Collection exchange network, The Residence Club offers members exchange opportunities with 5-star resorts around the world. You can trade your usage interest a week at a time, in order to experience other dreamlike destinations. As an owner, your irst year’s membership to The Registry Collection exchange program is paid. Additionally, while at The Residence Club at Pronghorn, an Auberge resort, owners experience irst-class services – from optional pre-stocked groceries to personal concierge services. Private year-round storage services are also offered.
Why fractional ownership?
The private residence club industry is quickly becoming the option of choice for second-home owners, much the same way fractional jet ownership has redeined luxury jet use. Where is The Residence Club?
The Residence Club at Pronghorn provides golf-in, golf-out living along the 18th hole of the Jack Nicklaus Signature Course and consists of 16 units. Situated near the heart of the Pronghorn community near the 55,000 square foot Clubhouse, Spa and Wellness Center and The Trailhead – the family recreation center.Spacious living surrounded by 20,000 acres of protected land and spectacular mountain views plus year-round golf.
How big are the units & what do they look like?
The Residence Club units are three and four bedroom, villa-style townhomes ranging from 2,000 to 2,600 square feet. With premium furnishings and irst class appliances, no luxurious detail was spared in design or construction. Units include: gourmet kitchens with granite countertops, home theater systems with 42-inch lat-panel TVs, high-speed internet access and WiFi, original artwork throughout, views of the Nicklaus course, natural stone ireplaces, private decks with built-in gas grills, handcrafted stone ire pits and private garages.
Do I have to buy a membership?
Membership is not required with fractional ownership. However, it is more beneicial to the owner to have a membership with the Club. There are two types of membership associated with fractional ownership. Premier Resident Golf Membership which includes unlimited access to both the Fazio and Nicklaus courses while in-residence and Signature Resident Golf Member-ship which includes unlimited access to the Nicklaus golf course while in residence.

What are the HOA Fees?
2014 HOA fees have decreased since 2013 and vary by unit. Three bedroom units are approximately $490 per month and four bedrooms are approximately $620 per month.

How is ownership of a residence club share conveyed?
Ownership interests are conveyed by a deed, which is recorded and is guaranteed by a title insurance company. Each member of The Residence Club at Pronghorn, an Auberge Resort, will own a deeded, fee-simple interest in their selected residence club unit, including elegant furnishings and accessories.
How much can I own?
The Residence Club units are sold in 1/12th fractionals; you may own 1/12th, 1/6th, or 1/4th. 1/12th ownership includes 2 weeks in the Summer and 2 weeks in the Winter. 1/6th ownership includes 4 weeks in the Summer, two weeks in the Winter, 1 holiday week and one loat week. 1/4th ownership includes 6 weeks in the Summer, 3 weeks in the Winter, 2 holiday weeks and 1 loat week.
How do I reserve my stay?
Owners receive a reservation request form no later than Nov. 15th and must submit their request for the following year no later than Dec. 15th. Reservations are booked on a irst come irst serve basis based on when reservations are submitted. Registry Collection works on a credit basis. Weeks receive a pre determined credit value based on season and Owners can deposit any week that they receive during the booking process. The credits they re-ceive for each deposit can be used towards other Regis-try Collection properties based on availability. Credits are valid for a minimum of 1 year after their deposit.
