BACKGROUND
Lipid is a group organic compound consist of carbon (C) , Hydrogen (H) and
oxygen (O), that has properties can dissolve n certain solution substance ( lipid
solvent ) , like petroleum benzene , ether Lipid has the high melting point has
properties in a room temperature , !hile has lo! melting point is li"uid the solid
lipid in room temperature is called lipid, !hile the li"uid in room temperature is
called oil
Lipid in food that act importantly is neutral lipid, or triglyceride that itsmolecule consist of one molecule glycerol (glycerine) and # molecules lipid acid ,
