Bayede! “The Prince” White Blend (Chenin/Sauvignon)
A beautiful combination of the tropical fruitiness of the Chenin and fresh zestiness of
Sauvignon Blanc.
Bosman Upper Hemel & Aarde Sauvignon Blanc
Mélange of kiwi, goosebeeries, fresh passion fruit, flint (as in mineral tones) and vegetal notes
(“fynbos” characters). Beautiful mouth feel with a long fruit packed, persistent finish.
Glen Carlou Sauvignon Blanc
A medium bodied wine with a mellow sweetness. Brilliantly clear with a lime skin hue.
This vibrant wine shows a white peach with tropical fruits profile, underlined with apricot,
granadilla, passion fruit and flowery flavours.
Glen Carlou Unwooded Chardonnay
The appearance has a brilliant brightness of lime peel; the nose is subtle with hints of white
peach, pear and lemon rind. On the palate the wine has medium acidity with flavours of
pineapple and quince; the lees give the wine a soft creamy finish.
Bosman Family Vineyards Adama White
Exotic, juicy flavours of pineapple, passion fruit, and ruby grapefruit finish with a touch
of spiciness.
Bosman Fides (Grenache Blanc Orange)
Complex dried orange peel, marzipan, secondary fruit characters and a waxiness.
A slight spiciness follows through to the palate. It finishes off with brisk minerality.

Bayede! “The Prince” Pinotage
Seductive bouquet combines plums, black cherry and slight smokiness of oak.
Glen Carlou Merlot
The nose is bright and youthful, with red currant and cherry flavours. The palate is fresh and
clean with plenty of ripe red cherry, cassis and plum undertones. The mid palate is bright with
fruit forward red fruits exhibited with moderate acid and soft tannins
Bosman Upper Hemel & Aarde Pinot Noir
Rich, bright fresh berries, a slight earthiness and subtle spicy notes. Full-bodied palate where
soft tannins contribute to a fine structure. A balanced wine with a lingering, memorable finish.
Bosman Family Vineyards Adama Red
Rasberry and prune flavours supported by a mixture of spicy cinnamon,
White pepper and light mocha aromas. Lovely aromas of plums and dark cherry.
Glen Carlou Grand Classique (Bordeaux Blend)
Our Grand Classique which is a blend of the five noble grapes, giving you a good depth of
colour, soft, round and showing some nice body. These wines often have great fruit
concentration, softer tannins and are long-lived.
