ABSTRACT:

A man needs energy to survive. To fill up that energy level, he or she needs to eat. Therefore, eating is one of the most important tasks to do in daily life. One should concern about eating outside, because it could be unsafe. There are three things to consider about eating outside: quality of those foods, environment of that place, and management of that place.

In private universities, students have classes all day long, so they have to stay there until they finish their classes. They have to take outside food. Every university has their own cafeteria for students, teachers & for employees. Now questions arise about these four things on cafeteria.

In our research, we will show the students’ satisfaction on the food quality, managing system and environment of UIU cafeteria.

INTRODUCTION:

A sound health helps one to work properly which depends on eating habit. Students have classes all day long as a result; they have to take food outside. Cafeteria is the most common place where students like to hang around, and UIU cafeteria is the most common and nearest place to the students of UIU. Some students come to pass their time between their class breaks, some come to take foods, and some just sit & gossip. We have chosen this topic because students should concern about their eating habit. In our research paper, we would like to show the impression of students among UIU about its cafeteria. People often say many things without evidence. This research paper will create to show evidence, which will be collected from those commends of students.

RESEARCH AREA:

As our topic is “UIU CAFETERIA: STUDENTS’ PERSPECTIVE”, our research area will be in UIU cafeteria and UIU campus.

RESEARCH QUESTIONS:

Depending on quality of food, are the prices reasonable?

Are the students satisfied with the environment of the cafeteria?

How well the cafeteria is organized and managed?

What are the processes to improve the cafeteria?

HYPOTHESIS:

In our hypothesis, we would like to prove, the students of UIU are not satisfied with their cafeteria food and with their management system.

METHODOLOGY:

We would like to prove our hypothesis by asking different types of close-ended questions to the students of UIU.

PRIMARY DATA—

We will prepare questioner to reveal students commend. Therefore, observation will be our way to prove out hypothesis.

AS SECONDARY DATA—

We also expect to get some information from authorized persons of the UIU cafeteria.
