March 14-15, 2011
1. There should only be ONE presenter per research output.
2. ONLY a maximum of 20 slides of power point presentation is allowed and
must to be submitted on or before March 15, 2011 via this email jezyl-
Power point presentation:
Research Title, Researcher(s)/Author(s) and Year [1 slide]
Rationale in brief (keywords) of the study [1 slide]
Theoretical and Conceptual Framework [1 slide] (Includes legal basis whenever applicable)
Statement of the Problems/Objectives [2 slides]
Review of Literature (highlights) [1 slide]
Research Methodology (keywords only) [4slides]

3. The presenter is given only a maximum of 8 minutes to present the output.
4. If the presenter has 2 minutes left, the bell will ring ONCE and the presenter
should go directly to the Results and Discussion chapter. If time is up, the bell
will ring vigorously and the presenter is requested to stop. Cue cards will also be
flashed.
5. After the presentation of each output, the discussants will then give their
comments and suggestions for a maximum of 5 minutes.
6. Be at the venue 30 minutes before the presentation schedule.
7. Attire: semi-formal. No jeans, slippers and tube ALLOWED.
8. Registration time: 7AM.
9. Submit your powerpoint presentation to the technical committee upon arrival.
Late presenters will not be allowed to present.
