RequirementsReady to own your dream home with Amaia? With Amaia, purchasing your new home is very easy! Here you’ll see the required documents for buying your new home with us.
There are (3) stages of an Amaia sale. The first stage consists of making a reservation on the unit you have decided on, otherwise known as Reserved Sale (RS). The second stage is when you make it ‘official’. That is when you have provided your first DP (downpayment) within 30 days of RS or within the RS month. The third and final stage is known as the Booked Sale. This is when you make the minimum 10% Payment of the standard payment (SP).
Below are the required documents for each stage of sale.
Stage 1: Reserved SaleBASIC RESERVATION DOCUMENTS
1. Reservation Agreement (RA) forms:
Checklist of Requirements Installment Purchase Application (IPA) Reservation Agreement Annex (Payment Schedule Summary) Relocation of Posts (Amaia Scapes only) Meralco Authorization forms / Waiver for Pre-termination / Cancellation Filled-up 1904 form Waiver of House Completion / Turnover (if applicable) Credit Life Insurance (CLI) waiver
2. Government / Valid IDs (submission on or before DPI)3. Official Computation Sheet4. Reservation Fee (CASH, original / scanned Deposit Slip, dated check, No Broker’s check)5. Affidavit of Authorized Representative or Attorney-in-Fact (notarized) if signed by a 3rd party
Stage 2: Committed Sale~Complete CS Docs & Payment of 1st DP within 30 days from RS or within the RS month
Signed CTS / DOAS, DOR / MDDR Other legal documents, if applicable
Additional documents, for installment terms
Credit Life Insurance Form (auto-enrollment for IHF accounts only)
Income Documents (refer to next page) Approved namecheck For Bank Financing: Bank Guidelines, Bank Application received by the Bank Officer
Stage 3: Booked Sale~Minimum 10% Payment of the SP; same guidelines on documentation as above
