Once you are logged in to myconneCT, the Summary page is displayed. All of your accounts are displayed by default. To begin, open the More… menu.

Locate the Correspondence group and click Request a Dissolution Letter.

myconneCT will assess whether or not you are eligible to receive a letter of dissolution. In order to obtain a letter of dissolution, all accounts must be closed and any liabilities must be paid in full.

If you receive a message that you have open accounts or outstanding liabilities, click the Cancel button and return to the Account Summary page to check the status of your accounts.

Page 6: Requesting a Dissolution Letter

If your request is approved, enter the name and title of the requestor, as well as signature and title of the principal officer. Click Submit to complete the request.

Click OK to return to the Account Summary.
