Bring a canned good for the 4th Thursday Inn meal (canned tomatoes, mushroom soup, fruit cocktail). Bring a friend. See you there, Barb Barcroft
First Communion This is an opportunity for children to be included in the celebration of Holy Communion. Holy Communion is the sharing together of bread and wine. In the bread and wine we believe that we are invited to share God’s life in Christ. As young children grasp the meaning of Communion they can be welcomed to the Eucharistic table. We will offer a preparation class for children who would like to receive communion for their first time. If you are interested in this for
your family please speak with one of the clergy or call the office.

What is A LIFE group? LIFE Groups are about Learning, Insight,
Friendship, & Encouragement. It is a small gathering of 6 - 12
people that meet regularly to ‘do life’ together. It is an effective way
for everyone to feel personally connected to the church community
and to learn and grow our faith in an intimate and supportive
environment. Some of these groups break for the summer but contact
the leader of the group to see when they resume. ALL WELCOME -

Evening of Prayer
“My house shall be called a house of prayer” (Matt21:13)
You are invited to Trinity Church Monday, February 10th, from 7pm-8pm
for an evening of prayer in the chapel. All are welcome. Prayer is
powerful and requires us to turn everything off around us and think and
be present. Jesus reminded his disciples in Mark 9:29 that some obstacles
can only be conquered by prayer. Come join us to see where God leads
us. Bonnie Carter will lead this service.

COLDEST NIGHT OF THE YEAR 2020
Canada's National Walk for Homelessness! February 22, 2020
We walk in the cold and dark to support all those in our
community who are being crushed by struggle, trauma,
shame and loneliness. To them - and to the community that
witnesses our trek in the dark - we declare together that
“Everybody matters. Everybody belongs. And yes, we need
each other.” feel a hint of the challenge faced
by those experiencing homelessness during winter The Coldest Night
of the Year is a family-friendly walk that raises money for charities serving hungry,
homeless, and hurting people in our community. Walk with us! We need a team
captain from Trinity to recruit walkers & fundraise. The funds
raised go to NeighbourLink. Trinity is a member church that supports NeighbourLink, a
local agency that offers a variety of services that support those in need. Please speak to
Rachel if you are willing to captain a team to support a needed cause!
Need a Ride to Church? Update.
Trinity was sharing the bus service with our neighbours at Huron
Baptist Church. They no longer needed the service and it was not
feasible for Trinity to continue with the bus. We have opted for a taxi
service to pick people up and take them home from church on
Sundays. If you have not already been set up with this service and
would like to be please call the office. The deadline to set this up is Thursday before the
Sunday you need the ride.
Let’s Do Lunch & Annual Vestry Meeting! Sunday, February 16th before our annual meeting, we will have a potluck lunch.
Please bring anything you would like to contribute . We would also like to invite
everyone to stay even when you may not be able to bring a contribution or if you have
forgotten. You are always welcome to stay and join us! God provides! Please also stay
for our annual meeting to hear what we did and 2019 and what is in store for our future
at Trinity!

Jerome called the Holy Land “The 5th Gospel” because those who
