Definitions Deviation: Mandatory departure from specified drawing or specification or process, for which Sig Sauer assumes responsibility. Waiver: Authorization to depart from requirements of the purchase order and its referenced documents. Sig Sauer reserves the right to revoke a waiver at any time, at the supplier's expense, should the parts be determined to be unsuitable for use. Expiration Date: Date after which receipt of parts under the subject approval are no longer valid. Note: Expiration date not to exceed the following: (Unless otherwise approved in writing by Sig Sauer) Waiver: 90 days Deviation: 365 Days (1 Year) A copy of this document must be included with relevant Purchase Order shipments to Sig Sauer. * = as applicable
