Purpose The Togolese Maritime Administration with the aim to avoid detentions during the Joint Concentrate Inspection Campaign (CIC) by MOU's (Tokyo, Paris and India) requires all addresses parties to ensure that ship's procedure and measures in place with respect to MARPOL Annex VI in details for compliance. CONTENT The Joint Concentrate Inspection Campaign will be held by MOU's (Tokyo, Paris and India) for three months, commencing from September 01, 2018 to November 30,2008. The Port State Control Officers (PSCOs) will use a list of eleven (11) selected questions developed by the Tokyo and Paris MOU's to assure that equipment carried on-board complies with the relevant statutory certificates, the Master and officers are qualified and familiar with operations and that equipment is properly maintained and functioning. When deficiencies are found, actions by the port state may vary from recording a deficiency and instructing the master to rectify it within a certain period of time to detaining the ship until serious deficiencies have been rectified. In case of detention, publication in the monthly detention lists of the MOU's (Tokyo, Paris and India) websites will take place. Action Required from OwnerslISM Operators/ Flag InspectorslRecognized Organizations during the Concentrate Inspection Campaign for Vessels trading in Tokyo, Paris and India MOU's. 1. All vessels currently trading within MOU's (Tokyo, Paris and India), ISM operators need to contact the Master in order to complete the attached questionnaire to be used by PSCOs. The complete questionnaire need to be submitted by ISM operators to our Flag Administration not later than 31 AUGUST 2018. Owners/Operators will submit the attached questionnaire duly signed stamp by Master to the Maritime Administration of Togo Technical Department (Eng. 1 Purpose

The Togolese Maritime Administration with the aim to avoid detentions during the Joint Concentrate Inspection Campaign (CIC) by MOUs (Tokyo Paris and India) requires all addresses parties to ensure that ships procedure and measures in place with respect to MARPOL Annex VI in details for compliance

CONTENT

2 Annual Flag Inspections to be carried by Flag inspectors from 25 August 2018 The condition and crew on-board comply with the questions to be asked by PSCOs Flag Inspectors must ensure that Flag Administration is informed immediately of any deficiency found in related to the CIC questionnaire

3 Recognized Organizations that will carry out any statutory surveys from 25 AUGUST 2018 the CIC questionnaire will be carried out in conjunction with the applicable surveys on all Togo Vessels Recognized Organizations must ensure that Flag Administration is informed immediately of any deficiency found in related to the CIC questionnaire Recognized Organizations will submit upon completion of the statutory surveys the CIC questionnaire duly signed ad stamped by Master to Maritime Administration of Togo Technical Department (Eng Ahmad Kaheela tech 1togoregistrarcom )
